Patty has been, and still is, one my of go-to people when it comes to helping define my career path. She played a vital part while I was earning my MBA in working with me to develop a clear strategy and assist me with chasing my passion. She taught me the invaluable skills of how to network, how to think about my career, determine what I really wanted and then… how to actually make it happen. And long after I graduated and landed my first position in the sports industry, Patty was “the” person who helped me negotiate and get the salary I wanted when a new career opportunity presented itself. I still use many of the fundamentals she passed on to me years ago in building every day relationships.
